CJW Graduates 9 from Residency Program

CJW Medical Center recently graduated nine new nurses from their Nurse Residency Program. The inaugural class of nurse graduates has spent the last few months completing a vigorous training program, acclimating to their new profession, working side-by-side with some of the top healthcare providers in the region.

Completing a nursing degree is an achievement in itself, and graduate nurses need an organization that is committed to a comprehensive orientation program that will make their transition a smooth one.  The Nurse Residency Program is designed to be just that.

We congratulate these fine women and look for more information on the next Residency Program class this fall!
