HCA Expands Education Benefits With iStudySmart.com

One of the core principles at the foundation of HCA's Healthy Work Environment initiatives and Total Rewards benefits package is a belief that continuing education is important to both professional and personal development.

Now, in addition to general tuition reimbursement programs at our affiliate facilities across the country, we are offering a number of new discounted education opportunities available to our affiliate employees through iStudySmart.com, including an annual scholarship program that awards one scholarship per HCA Division.

Each recipient of the scholarship, valued at nearly $3,000, will get online access for one year to their choice of 14 college courses from the more than 80 available courses at iStudySmart.com.
